The Teamlead Identity and Access Management will directly report to the Head of GMS Process & Risk Management. Your main tasks will include:

Leadership of the Identity- and Access Management Team
-
Development, operation and continuous improvement of the global Identity- and Access Management Service for all customer landscapes as well as GMS Service- and Operations Management Infrastructure

Operation of global ISIM, PIM and any future identity- and access-management infrastructures for the management of personal accounts, technical-, emergency-, privileged and other shared accounts

Execution of access request (On-/Off-boarding of customer landscapes and employees)

Planning and execution of projects related to the service
-
Responsible for Access Management Processes (Process Manager role)

Reporting for internal-, external-, and customer audit purposes
-
Collaborating with stakeholders such as internal customers (Service Owner & Topic Leads), CISO and local Security Management as well as Global IT

Several years of experience in leadership of teams and projects

Significant experience in the field of identity- and access management solutions based on IBM technology

Experience in SAP Basis-, Database- and Operating Systems Services
